To whom it may concern,
On 7 March I bought a license for virtualmin and have been looking forward to getting started with it very much. Unfortunately, however, the software license has not appeared in my account. I was hoping you might be able to shed light on the issue. Has the payment gone through correctly?
I sent an email to info@virtualmin.com but I don't think anyone is watching that inbox. Also, I am unable to attach a screenshot as it returns with an ajax error.
Your time is much appreciated.

Howdy -- sorry for the delay! It does indeed look like something went awry during your order. I've notified Joe so he can look deeper into it, as you should always get a license when placing an order.
However, what I did is manually create a license and assign it to your account.
You should be good to go now! If you click on the "Account" button, it should show up in the Software Licenses tab.
