I upgraded my license from 250 to unlimited but;
- It was impossible to just update my old license
- I dont see any place to put my new serial number and license key in the UI
- Trying to use virtualmin change-license dont work
What to do to have that new license taken?

Finally found the problem with the change-license query. Your provided exemple syntax is not good. I was trying the following:
virtualmin change-licence --serial number number_here --key id _key_id_here but the good syntax was:
virtualmin change-licence --serial number_here --key _key_id_here
