Licensing help/expired

Looks like I've missed my upgrade window - and am mildly confused by the structure :) I think I have two 250's and a 100 that I need to renew to move forward. Can you help me figure out what I need to buy? Thanks!

BTW - 5.0 is gorgeous!

Howdy -- thanks for contacting us!

You're right, we just launched a new site, and that part isn't yet complete as an automated process yet... Joe is working on that, but in the meantime we'll need to press a few buttons to get that working.

The process is a bit different than before -- rather than purchase prices and renewal prices, everything is now at the same (cheaper) price.

So all you'd need to do is buy two 250's and one 100 -- you can do so yearly or monthly, your preference -- and then we'll apply those to your account afterwards.

Let us know if you have any additional questions!

Oh man, that simplifies things. Thanks. One question regarding Cloudmin Connect - Is it supported everywhere, but only included with Virtual Unlimited - otherwise it's a separate purchase?

You are correct about Cloudmin Connect!

That was previously known as Cloudmin for Physical Systems... we renamed it since it's really not just for physical systems.

It is a separate Cloudmin product, but if someone purchases a Virtualmin Unlimited, they also get a Cloudmin Connect license.

However, Cloudmin Connect can be purchased separately too.

Does that make sense?

Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions!

One more question, off topic for the most part, so I'll be glad to open a new feature request if it's not a simple yes or no.

Concerning letsencrypt - is there a cron job or command to auto-renew certs, or?

At the current release, you'd need to request a new SSL certificate when your Lets Encrypt SSL certificate expires. For the next Virtualmin version, Jamie is working on an automatic renewal feature.
