On the features and plugins screen, I have checkbox on for analytics and mailman, but, not default checkbox. To me, this should make the feature possible.
I have an account plan where the default available features include mailman and analytics.
The account plan also allows the editing capability of can edit virtual server.
When logged in as the owner, indeed, he can edit the virtual server, everything, EXCEPT, any of the enabled features, whether on or off. They are all disabled from being updated. So, the owner cant turn them on when he wants to, if he wants to.
