Issue Tracker Not Sending Emails

Issue tracker no longer sends emails when a reply is posted. Suspect forum is doing the same. There is no longer a button that says subscription.

Thanks... I hopefully corrected that for you in the issue tracker, I'm talking to Joe regarding how that can be corrected in the Forums.
