Hi Jamie,
I have a vserver with enabled webmin login, mysql login and postgresql login, nothing else.
Under this vserver I have subservers, enabled dns, apache, ftp and so on.
I've changed the bandwidth limit to 100bytes for the master vserver and tested what will become disabled if I browse to the website of the sub-server until it reaches 100bytes or more.
What becomes disabled is the "master" vserver, not the sub-server.
