When I first came over to my Rackspace server, we had to disable their repository because it tried to install an old version of webmin.
Now I'm in a situation where I need to upgrade my PHP. My test server runs 5.2.6 and this server is running 5.1.6. The currently supported version at Rackspace is 5.2.8.
How do I get around the exception we put in to avoid Rackspace's repository so I can upgrade to PHP 5.2.8 (or 5.2.6)?
My site is triggering a bug in PHP that is causing aborts due to "Communication Failure" with the 5.1.6 version.
I'm in a pinch since this issue is causing random failures within my application.
