Allow server admin to select reseller when creating new vitualserver

Hi,

I would greatly appreciate to be able to select the reseller for a domain that is created as masteradmin. And also one of the dedicated IPs for that reseller. Of course I can do this step by step, but it would be very useful to be able to do this in one step only.
