Only One Domain Can Receive Email.

Hello,

I am having serious issues with email. Please find attached two images. One shows the correct way, the other is incorrect.

HOW do I make sure that all users added to all domains look like the correct image? I cannot send or receive on any domain that says user@domain. I can only send and receive on the domain that is in the correct image. Thanks. Andrew

What exactly goes wrong when you try to send or receive email - do you get some kind of authentication error?

Thanks for your reply. Here is what I did:

1. Created a new email address called test for restaurantmarketingkit.com 2. Logged into usermin and sent an email from the new account.

This is the mail system at host elf.therestaurantmarketinginstitute.com.

I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.

550-No Such User Here is the pertinent info. Most likely you got the e-mail address wrong or it doesn't exist anymore, otherwise it's likely a problem on the receiving server.

If I recall, you have a Virtual Server named "elf.therestaurantmarketinginstitute.com", is that correct?

Does that domain have any users in it that need to be able to receive email?

If not -- try disabling the "Mail for Domain" feature within that particular domain.

We've sometimes seen issues where a Virtual Server named the same thing as the system's hostname can cause an issue like that.

Thanks for your help. The problem was that I still had restaurantmarketkit.com and several other domains registered on my cpanel at Host Gator. Thanks again. Andrew
