Virtualmin licence upgrade not working

Hi, i have ordered a licence upgrade (Upgrade Virtualmin 50 to 100) for the same serial number already twice this year but I still have only 50 licences available, could you please look into that?

Howdy -- I've applied your license upgrade. You now have a Virtualmin 100.

We certainly don't want you to have paid for the same upgrade twice though!

Would you like us to take one of those upgrades, and convert it to a one year renewal? A renewal on a Virtualmin 50 is usually $65, but we'd be happy to give that to you for the $50 that you spent.

Hey mate, first of all: thank you! Prolonging the renewal is allright for me. I'd also pay you the difference to the real upgrade price (if it can easily be done via paypal... I just don't know).
