Looks like there's a quirk of importing domains in cPanel with MySQL database enabled. Virtualmin thinks there is a database named "domain" but only the databases that existed on the cPanel server actually exist.
This leads to confusing errors for users, as the Script Installers expect the "domain" database to exist, but it does not.
