Submitting a Support Ticket doesn't set Watch

Virtualmin Theme version: 6.6
Virtualmin version: 3.65
Operating system: CentOS Linux 5.2
When I submit a Support Ticket request via Virtualmin Technical Support within Webmin, it doesn't set the Watching flag to true.

I think that should be the default, since otherwise I have no easy way to know when it has been answered until I log onto the bug tracking system.

Of course, one could add another option on the support page, but I cannot imagine why anyone would want to not watch something submitted through the web interface...

I thought I had mentioned this already somewhere else, but couldn't find it in my tracker tickets.

I'm leaving this one "as is", so you can see that the Watching is set to false.
