virtualmin / webmin remote database server support

Dear Sirs,

I hope I am posting this help request in the correct category... Briefly, since days I am trying to make virtualmin / webmin to use the dedicated instance we have for MySQL but it fails. I consider that I have exhausted all available possibilities (I have configured "Default Plan" with MySQL support everywhere, webmin seems to have the correct host in mysql config) however, each time I try to migrate a virtual server from Cpanel, the domain DO NOT GET "MySQL database" feature enabled by default, as it specified in the default plan and the used server template.

I really need someone here enough kind to help me...
