Dovecot / Postfix performance decrease and invailability of dovecot.

Hello,

The Dovecot server is sometimes unavailable. It's still running but clients can't connect to it or connections are broken.

Also the performance decreases. Responsitime increases to 30 Sec (Send and retrieve a email).
