Is it possible in Usermin to get rid of the top tabs that enable the switch between Mail and Usermin? Or could I configure the links like "Usermin > Mail > SpamAssassin Mail Filter" to be shown in the first tab?
It would also be nice to have the "SpamAssassin Mail Filter"-configuration on domain or user basis in Virtualmin.

No, there is no way to configure this - the best that is possible currently is to hide the "Usermin" tab completely.
