I feel like this probably has something to do with Cloudmin Services plugin so I put it under Cloudmin.
Some sites for some reason can't create DKIM or DMARC records and get an error, none actually seem to create the records at all from what I can see.
The error is:
.. creation failed : DNS setup failed : Values for TXT record _dmarc.example.com. cannot contain special characters
I went into Server templates and for BIND options I set DMARC to enabled for both Default and Subserver settings. But the subserver settings seemed to be different than when I entered them on the parent, there were no default settings, no radio boxes checked and no 100% so maybe something is a bit off somewhere. I didn't edit these settings before.

This is a bug in Cloudmin services - it incorrectly doesn't allow a ; in a DNS record. I will fix this in the next release ... but let me know if you'd like a fix sooner.
