Howdy -- Webmin and Virtualmin do indeed support Apache 2.4.
However, CentOS 6 only provides Apache 2.2.
The only supported way to change to Apache 2.4 would be to migrate to either a CentOS 7 or Ubuntu 14.04 based server.
