I need to set message_size_limit per domain on postfix. Can this be done, and how?

Howdy -- unfortunately, I don't know of a way to do that in Postfix. Reviewing the Postfix docs, it appears that the message_size_limit can only be set globally.
If you're open to doing some manual configuration, it does appear this can be done via a Postfix policy daemon such as Policyd.
We don't have an experience with policyd, but it does appear to be able to setup various kinds of limits that Postfix doesn't natively support.
