Howdy -- Virtualmin doesn't support configuring those web servers, though if you disable the "Apache website" feature, you could always manually configure them.
What feature do they offer that you're trying to use, that Apache doesn't offer?

Apache web server does not offer high load traffic server features compare to aol or yaws webservers, please check the following docs
aolserver http://philip.greenspun.com/wtr/aolserver/introduction-1.html yaws server https://www.sics.se/~joe/apachevsyaws.html

In any case would it be possible to have a virtualmin plugin that would configure the 2 said servers?

FYI, those docs are pretty old - Apache has probably changed a lot since the 2.0.x version.
In theory a plugin could be written to support other servers, but this isn't something we are likely to focus on any time soon due to the small user base. We do support Nginx as an alternative though, which does have better performance than Apache and a much wider userbase than AOL server.
