when enabling or disabling the bcc for outgoing mail feature, the /etc/postfix/bcc file gets updated correctly, but no 'postmap' gets executed, meaning htat /etc/postfix/bcc.db does not get updated.
also, postfix needs to be reloaded, not sure if that happens, can't tell.
