Is the IPv6 address 2a01:4f8:211:2c43::2 active on your system? If so, is it private to this domain, or shared by all domains?

Its server's default ip6 that came with hosting packet.
IP Address: 136.243.18.196
IPv6 Address: 2a01:4f8:211:2c43::2
Its not private and supposed to use by all domains.

If you go to System Settings -> Re-Check Configuration, does it show that as the primary IP address on the system?

The status of your system is being checked to ensure that all enabled features are available, that the mail server is properly configured, and that quotas are active ..
Your system has 31.13 GB of memory, which is at or above the Virtualmin recommended minimum of 256 MB.
BIND DNS server is installed, and the system is configured to use it.
Apache is installed.
The following PHP versions are available : 5.6.5 (/bin/php-cgi)
Apache is configured to host SSL websites.
MySQL is installed and running.
Logrotate is installed.
Using network interface eth0 for virtual IPs.
IPv6 addresses are available, using interface eth0.
Default IPv4 address for virtual servers is 136.243.18.196.
Default IPv6 address for virtual servers is 2a01:4f8:211:2c43::2.
Default IP address is set to 136.243.18.196, which matches the detected external address.
Both user and group quotas are enabled for home and email directories.
All commands needed to create and restore backups are installed.
The selected package management and update systems are installed OK.
.. your system is ready for use by Virtualmin.

You might try turning SPF off and on again for that domain, and then checking if the IPv6 address gets included in the SPF record correctly.

Cool - my guess is that it was created before Virtualmin detected the IPv6 address on your system.
