Unable to load Mysql data using backup restore

First I have some questions. I'm currently moving from a 32-bit box to a 64-bit box using backup restore.

My question is:

1. Will the 64-bit platform make any difference in a server environment in regard to performance Vs. 32-bit? Advantages/disadvantages...etc..

2. Will I be able to migrate all sites and virtualmin settings to the new server without any problems? (Virtualmin32-bit ->Virtualmin64-bit)

On a test run I get the following problem:

The mysql data is not loading when restoring. The following error is displayed.

Re-loading MySQL database mp3search ..
.. load failed!

ERROR 3 (HY000) at line 23: Error writing file './mp3search/active_guests.frm' (Errcode: 122)

.. failed! See the progress output above for the reason why.
