cPanel Migration not Importing MySQL

I'm migrating a cPanel server over to VM Pro. Love it.

Anyhow, ran in to an issue where when importing new virtual servers using standard cPanel 'cpmove' tarballs, it seems everything comes in fine EXCEPT the MySQL databases. Nothing MySQL at all is imported.

I've manually extracted the 'cpmove' tarballs to ensure the MySQL databases are there, no problems there, just seems to be skipped in the virtual server creation part.

MySQL is set as a feature, using the Default template for virtual server creation.
