Jamie has already committed a fix for this issue into the next Webmin release, so that should be resolved soon.

Just to clarify, the above is just extra output, and doesn't cause a problem of any sort. If you're seeing additional problems, or a failure during the install, that's likely another issue. If that's the case, could you attach your /root/virtualmin-install.log file?

yeah it just froze after that twice. I nuked the vm and changed to cent6

I suspect something else may be going on there -- if that happens again, attach your /root/virtualmin-install.log file, and we'll work with you to sort out what's going on.

Is CentOS 6 working for you thought?

the install went ok..but it was cent 6 i was having sasl errors on after the most recent update. I'll reply on that thread if the issues persists.
