Got a quick question here. In cloudmin account plans we can set account limitations using the "Plan details and limits". The only thing i don't understand in that section is the "Maximum CPU for systems" limitation cause its a percentage. Does "Maximum CPU for systems" mean the percentage of the total number of CPUs the system has. Let me elaborate - if a system has 64 CPUs, then entering a value of "50" in that field would mean the use has access to 32 CPUs?

No, that is a percentage of a single CPU. Also, this is summed across all the users system, so if you entered 200 and the user owned multiple VMs, he could assigned 150 to one and 50 to the other.
