User auto reply messages not working

User login to https://www.domain.com:20000/user and then set auto reply messages but it does not work. When other sent email to him, there is no auto reply message back to the senders. I login as admin and then select that user, set automatic reply with messages and it works. But this involved the admin to do for every users when they go on leave or away . Please advise how to overcome this with the user able to set autoreply messages at their level .

If you look in /var/log/maillog, and /var/log/procmail.log, do you see any errors when sending that user an email?

Sorry, have not been able to try again on this. One of the customer has come back with the attached screen which is also on they same virtualmin. Wish you can advise how to enable rights for user to allow to configure the filters and also the auto reply messages.

Login to Virtualmin, and go to Email Messages -> Spam and Virus Scanning and change "Allow mailbox users to create mail filters?" to "Yes"
