When clicking "Next" under "MySQL database size" in "Post-Installation Wizard" (https://example.com:10000/virtual-server/wizard.cgi or "System Settings" -> "Re-Run Install Wizard"), then /etc/mysql/my.cnf gets an obsolete http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/server-system-variables.html#sysv... (table_cache) setting instead of the http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/en/server-system-variables.html#sysv... (table_open_cache) setting.
Thanks for your effort.

Howdy -- in the next Virtualmin release, Virtualmin will have better detection for the MySQL version in use, and will use the appropriate parameters.
