Joomla Installer Not Using sample_data.sql During Installation

I am installing a Joomla template that contains sample data so that the tables are set up already. I have tried placing the sample_data.sql file in /installation/sql/mysql folder but the Joomla autoinstaller from Virtualmin will not use this file.

I want Virtualmin to manage my Joomla installation. When I install it manually it prompts me to use the sample_data.sql file, but when I use Virtualmin it doesn't say anything.
