While we added a newer dot release to the repo, apt doesn't see it as newer so it doesn't install it automatically. At the moment, that issue can be corrected by running this command: apt-get install webmin-virtual-server=4.11-3 However, I'll also talk to Joe about pushing a newer version into the repository so that issue is corrected automatically.
