Hi,
Virtualmin has items Mail Rate Limiting and Mail Client Configuration. In the theme I have these call up ratelimit.gif and newautoconfig.gif. I think these should be in /usr/share/webmin/virtual-server/images since dkim.gif (another icon on that page) is found there. This directory comes with virtualmin install I think so these icons are missing from the install.
