Good morning, I have 2 Vm with Virtualmin Pro 4.10 and Centos 6.5 and 'possible to upgrade to 7?

Howdy -- unfortunately, CentOS doesn't provide a way to upgrade from one version to the next. Only Ubuntu and Debian provide an upgrade path.
However, you can migrate from CentOS 6 to CentOS 7 using the following instructions:
https://www.virtualmin.com/documentation/system/migrate
Although we do have beta support for Virtualmin on CentOS 7, I might suggest waiting a bit if you can for any issues to be ironed out.
