Unable to receive mail to any configured Domain

I am unable to receive email to any of my configured domains. Also when a new user is added to a server that new user is unable to log in to usermin.
It has been 2 weeks since I purchased this product and I a unable to use it in production yet.
I have until November 30th to have all of my domains migrated to the new server before I have to pay another server fee.
