Allow transfers from.. doesnt seem to work

We are an ISP who offers secondary DNS servers for customers on Virtualmin (which acts as primary DNS). For this, Ive read in the documentation that I need to make an ACL and add this in the box under Allow transfers from...

I have done this, but when I make a new domain, this is not configured in the named.conf file.

Can you help me out?
