Error Creating CSR for SSL Certificate

Hi

I am getting an error when creating a CSR for a SSL Certificate

I have gone to Virtualmin->Server Configuration->Manage SSL Certificate->Signing Request

Completed the fields as listed

Server name
Email address
Department
Organisation
City or locality
State
Country code
RSA key size Default (512)
Days before expiry

Clicked on Generate CSR Now and then get

Failed to generate CSR : OpenSSL error :

There are quite a few fields but you can leave some blank
For some fields there will be a default value,
