I have try to install phpMyAdmim (lates) but it throws an error:
This script cannot be installed, as this virtual server does not meet its requirements : phpMyAdmin requires MySQL version 5.5 or later
No clue why script got updated but MySQL not.

Howdy -- unfortunately, the most recent phpMyAdmin requires a version of MySQL that does not come with your distro.
There isn't a supported way to upgrade MySQL to 5.5 on CentOS 6, as CentOS 6 only provides MySQL 5.1.
Our recommendation is to install an older version of phpMyAdmin, which will work properly on CentOS 6.
