Error creating CSR

I'm unable to create CSR's on my server. I get the following error on the Manage SSL Certificates page when trying to create a CSR

Failed to generate CSR : OpenSSL error creating private key :
Generating RSA private key, 512 bit long modulus
......++++++++++++
.........++++++++++++
e is 65537 (0x10001)

I'm running FC4, fully updated
