added domain with create-domain.pl, database corrupt?

Can you do me a huge favor and look at http://www.virtualmin.com/forums/virtualmin/what-uses-lookup%11domain.pl... as soon as you can? I'm pretty sure that my use of create-domain.pl created some horrible record in the virtualmin database that is causing any process that looks at it to use 100% cpu and start eating memory. I don't mind hacking into the database manually or something like that, but I have no idea where it is.

I'm pretty sure we're running the latest version, but I can't launch webmin to find out.
