Sender Dependent Outgoing IP Address - doesn't work anymore

Hello,

after user compain I notice and tested that Sender Dependent Outgoing IP Address doesn't work anymore. I was thinking that Mali Rate Limiting related issue so I tried disabling it, I also disable and then enable again use of own IP for sending email. And nothing works headers always show server IP.

I don't even know how to troubleshout this.

I was checking this issue back to when was setup and it's possible that it didn't work from start.

Other IP address on server work perfectly.
