Access_log

Dear,
I have notice that in more than one virtual server access_log files 80-90% and more rows are as follow:

IP_ADDRESS [DATE] "HEAD / HTTP/1.0" 200 - "-" "Webmin"

Where IP_ADDRESS is the same of the server.

Is it correct ?

But, more important, why ?
