how i can setup so server can send email if there are 250 email address in the outlook

I don't fully understand the problem ... are you saying that email with >250 recipients is being rejected?

i as told they had issue when they send more than 200 recipients so i like to bump up the no to 250 or 300

Can you describe what problem you're having when emailing that many recipients?

There shouldn't be any limits setup on your server by default that would cause such a problem.

Can you let us know what errors you are receiving, including messages from your email logs in /var/log/maillog -- that will help us to troubleshoot the problem that's going on.
