When changing name of a vhost in VM Pro the logrotate.conf isnt update to reflect new usernames meaning the entire log rotation on the server will stop.
Fix is to manually alter /etc/logrotate.conf but it should be altered in VM.
Also when changing the name of vhosts the namechanges gives some issues with mysql db names etc. but not so it breaks anything its just annoying.
