New VirtualMin install. All appears OK, except there is a quota issue when I check the configuration:
Quotas are not enabled on the filesystem / which contains home directories under /home and email files under /home. Quota editing has been disabled.
How do I enable quotas?

Howdy -- are you using a dedicated server, or a VPS? If a VPS, what kind of VPS is it? Is it OpenVZ?
Also, can you paste in the contents of your /etc/fstab and /etc/mtab? Thanks!

OpenVZ. I contacted my hosting company, and they resolved it for me. My apologies for not researching this more at first, but I hope it helps someone else.
