Howdy -- it looks like you purchased a Virtualmin 50 renewal... however, the license I see in your account from a few years ago is a Virtualmin 250.
Are you hoping to renew that particular license, but as a Virtualmin 50 instead?

Hi
I would like to downgrade that 250 to 50 and renew it at the same time.
Thanks

Okay, all set! I've changed your license to a Virtualmin 50, and extended it for a year. Thanks for renewing!

Hi,
How do I apply the license key to my server?
I run this command from a command shell wget -O install.sh http://software.virtualmin.com/cgi-bin/install.cgi?serial=75800\&key=57CE864BB; /bin/sh install.sh
and the following is the result :

You may want to try it once more, just to make sure the license was active when you ran the installer, as it can take up to an hour after the license is applied before it's active. I did verify that it's working properly now though.
If you continue to have problems installing Virtualmin, can you attach your /root/virtualmin-install.log file? That will help us determine what's going wrong. Thanks!
