One of our domains was compromised and has been sending spam emails. Our mail queue is filled up with 50,000 emails being sent from the main user on that domain. From watching the mail logs it appears like all the messages are being rejected.
I decided to disable the site for now until we can get a chance to scan for hacks. I also want to delete the mail queue. I can go to Webmin>Postfix Mail Server> Mail Queue and see that every single email is just garbage. How do I delete the entire mail queue all at once?

Howdy -- you can perform a search for all the emails (enter a "." as the search criteria), then click the "Select All" on the resulting messages and hit delete.
It might take a little while to complete, but that should work.
If it times out, let us know and we can work out a way to do that from the command line.
