Cannot load Virtualmin control panel

I cannot log into Virtualmin on my server after webmin-virtual-server (3.61-1) update

The error during update was this:

Setting up webmin-virtual0server (3.61-2) ...

Error: Webmin server did not write new PID file
Error

Webmin server did not write new PID file
---

The only way i can now access this server is through the eRIC express remote console.
