I would like to request the ability to run the fix permissions function from the virtualmin CLI, I have several clients who insist on using root sftp to make changes to the websites on their servers, and permissions are always screwed up. I have tried to tell them time and time again, but they insist it is easier.

That's a great idea - I will add a
