Read Mail Module Available to Resellers

Would it be possible to make it so that the Read Mail module were usable by Resellers -- so that they could see the mail for Virtual Servers they control?

The resellers on my box here are generally both the administrators and tech support for all their clients, being able to use that module would simplify their life a bit :-) (since they have access to all the passwords anyway, it's not a security risk)
