I am unable to access my virtual server using SSH and PuTTy with the message saying the "host does not exist", but I can browse the website

Howdy -- you may be seeing a DNS issue, or a firewall issue.

You might try accessing your server using the IP address, to see if that resolves your issue.

If that doesn't work though -- it appears that you're using Virtualmin GPL... if that's the case, you'd want to ask your question in the Forums, using the Forums link above. We monitor those, along with lots of wonderful folks from the community!

My recommendation would be to open a new forum thread, using the Forums link above, and in there, include as many details you can regarding the problem you're seeing. We can follow up there about the possible causes for the problems you're seeing.

Thank you for the fast and valuable answer I have tried connecting using IP Address and it worked fine! I wonder why suddenly this problem occurred however in the pass week I was disconnect due to late payments and now I am connected back the problem appeared

As Eric said, please open a forum post and in addition to the information he asked for and a complete problem description, post the output of this command: dig YOURHOST.DOMAIN.TLD. We'll gladly try to help you further there!
