Last update rendered some virtualservers without php

I updated today to the last patches and suddenly some of the virtualserver are server the php files as files not like weppages, most of the virtualservers are working fine.

I cannot find any differente between the servers that are working and the servers that are not working.

They were working fine before the update.

I updated the server through the virtualmin update service. Nothing fancy.
