Disk quota exceeded

i give trial for my client 25MB, when he use it, he upload his file 55mb, after that he quota is exceeded. And then he delete all of his file, but still exceeded when he want upload he file. And he told me, after that i delete his domain, and create with new one which same domain. But after i create tha, i click
